This project is a pocket folder saddle stitch brochure! How cool is that!? This type of project is great for a company looking to hand materials to potential clients. We can easily make these saddle stitched pocket folders for any business.

Let’s take a look at what went into making it!

First, the folder section of the piece (which is the front cover, inside front cover, inside-back cover pocket folder, and back cover) is printed on 100# Gloss Cover via our offset printing press using 4 color ink technology. It is then taken up to our die cutting department where it is die-cut into a pocket folder. While the covers are being die-cut the inside pages are printed on the same paper.

Once they are both printed and the pocket folder is die-cut… They are taken to the bindery. The pocket folder is folded and glued and then the 2 pieces are bound using our saddle stitch machine to give you the final product.
