Hardcover Menu Printing

Summary

This is a project we do for the local Flo’s Sports Bar. It is the 3 ring menu binder that lists drinks and desserts for patrons. The inside menu takes advantage of our custom menu printing services, but it is not included in this particular project.

This restaurant menu binder is printed via our large format printers on Poly Adhesive. The best way to think of this print media is a huge sticker. Both the inside menu printing and the hardcover menu printing are printed this way.

Next, they are taken to our lamination room where a 3 mil satin laminate is added for protection from all those spilled drinks. Then the laminated prints are sent up to our bindery where they are turned into the menu binders you see pictured.

The inside menu pages (not pictured) are printed on our digital press and also laminated. The inside pages are then 3 hole punched and inserted into the hardcover binder to give you a complete drink and dessert menu. Have a drink on me!
