Custom Printed Boxes

Summary

Simplicity, beautiful design and good manufacturing are 3 things that every printing project should incorporate. These Hot Stamped Custom Printed Boxes are a perfect example of all 3. Let’s see how it was done…

First things first, the designer sent their files to our prepress department who set up and ordered both the foil and die cutting dies. Once the dies came in the blank cardboard-like paper was taken up to the hot stamping department where it was foiled with a white foil. It was then brought over to the die cutting department where it was die cut into the box you see pictured. This project has absolutely no printing whatsoever. 

Once it was finished there it went over to our bindery department where they glued, folded and assembled the boxes.
