Custom Box Printing

Summary

This Custom Box Printing project was created for a prominent financial institution. They wanted something that could be sent out to clients to promote their new computer software.  A sleeved box that opens up into a laptop computer! How cool is this thing?!?

Let’s take a look at what into making it!

First things first, the sleeve was printed via our offset press on 24pt C1S (Coated 1 side) using four color ink technology. This is a very thick paper that we don’t run very often. It was then brought up to our die cutting department where it was die-cut into the box sleeve you see pictured. 

With the sleeve out of the way we were able to focus on the box itself. The box was printed via our offset presses on 12pt C1S (Coated 1 side). It was then taken up to our die cutting department where it was die cut and scored. Once that was finished we took it over to our bindery department where our talented staff folded and glued it into the final piece you see pictured.
